3 Extensions to modern detached house in Humberston, North East Lincolnshire

The job

• Take down old upvc conservatory
• Demolish hexagonal brick extension to make way for full width extension to the rear of the property
• 1st floor extension over driveway to provide an additional bedroom. As this extension was on the boundary of the neighbour’s property their drains had to be moved away from the new foundations and the neighbour’s path made good afterwards.
• Internal alterations made to 1st floor to create a new hallway providing access to the new bedroom and the conversion of a dressing room into an en-suite bathroom for the new bedroom 
• Single storey extension to the opposite side of property to provide TV/Games area for the family. As this extension was also on the boundary of the other neighbour’s property their drains also had to be moved away from the new foundations and the neighbour’s path made good afterwards. 
• Full width extension with vaulted ceiling to the rear of the property to create large open plan living space for the whole family incorporating a new kitchen, dining area, living space and games area.
• Installation of underfloor heating to ground floor
• New stone portico to the front entrance
